Julie Schultz is a Managing Director and Executive Officer of (Real Estate Valuation & Advisory
Services) REVAS, Inc.
Her concentration is in real estate valuation, due dilligence and
consulting. She is licensed as a
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. Her areas of specialty are valuation and
advisory, due diligence, valuation for tax appeal purposes and litigation review for
hospitality, office and retail properties.
Ms. Schultz’s experience encompasses a wide range of commercial
real estate engagements for local and national clients for a variety of
purposes including financing and proposed development. Ms. Schultz has appraised numerous property
types including trophy office towers and
suburban office properties; limited/full-service and extended-stay hotel
properties; mixed use projects; retail projects including free-standing retail
properties, power centers, urban malls, community shopping centers, strip
malls, and regional malls; medical office properties, biological laboratory
facilities, research and development facilities, multi-family projects
including senior and income-restricted properties; manufactured housing
developments, parking lots and structured parking properties, industrial and office/flex projects, GSA
properties, vacant land, and ground leases.
Prior to joining REVAS, Inc., Ms. Schultz was a
Senior Appraiser for Stout Risius Ross, CB Richard Ellis, Inc., in Washington,
D.C. and Chicago, Illinois, where she was part of the prestigious Hotel and
Lodging Specialty Practice. Prior to her
employment with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Ms. Schultz was employed by Jamestown,
a German closed-end fund equity syndicate as their Director of Research/Senior
Acquisitions Associate. Ms. Schultz
provided oversight of the firm’s research department, public relations, and due
diligence analysis and review for institutional quality office, retail, hotel
and mixed-use assets such as:
